For employment verification requests please send an employment verification form by email to:

We do not fax or verify employment by phone. The document must also be signed by the employee stating that they authorize us to release the requested information to the requesting agency or company.

All requests are handled by order received please allow 7 to 14 business days for completion and return. We do not issue pink slips, letters of separation, or any documents containing our company letterhead for employment verification purposes. Please note that if you receive any such documents they are fraudulent and did not come from our company.
